Info ini mungkin dah lama diketahui oleh sesetengah pihak dan bloggers. Projek Iguana merupakan SUV Proton yang pertama berasaskan model Exora. Sebelum ini kita mungkin terlihat dan dengar-dengar Proton akan membuat model gantian Proton Arena. Di Malaysia, model Arena tidak mendapat perhatian oleh rakyat kerana aspek penggunaannya. Walaubagaimanapun, Arena cukup popular di luar negara.

Untuk terus relevan dan bersaing dengan jenama lain, memang sudah tiba masanya Proton memperkenalkan sebuah SUV keluarannya. Kajian mungkin sudah lama dilakukan sepertimana kita lihat Proton MSX sebelum ini. Jika Proton dapat mengeluarkan SUV dan  EMAS tepat masa beberapa tahun terdekat, saya percaya Proton mampu mengekal nama Proton sebagai Jenama Terkenal.

    I don't think so, sebab belakang tu more to wagon, ader roof, door. kalau jumbuck, tak mungkin ader door utk pickup.
